ABI’s state-of-the-art laboratories encompass 28,000 sq. ft. This workspace was designed around ABI’s concept of fully integrating the R&D, production, and purification of select human infectious disease etiologic agents. Resources available to our scientific team include Biosafety Level-3 laboratories for large-scale in vitro production of HIV and other critical viruses, supported internally by virology, protein purification, biochemistry, molecular biology, and microbiological quality control and assurance.
